During this era of continuous natural disasters, wars and epidemics, people have experienced  immeasurable suffering. Holy Ziguang Shang Shi has deeply felt the pain of the people and for their benefit will, for the first time reveal Maha Meditation, the secret dharma beyond the three vehicles of Buddhism. This is the ultimate hope for all human beings and all nations to overcome  disasters and achieve peace and health.

The wish of Holy Ziguang Shang Shi is to teach all people this Dharma, kept secret for thousands of years, so that everyone can have a better chance of living and adapting to the rapidly changing world. This secret Dharma can increase the quality of human genes and eliminate most diseases; it can increase one’s ability to resist radiation and viruses. The devoted practitioners can experience advanced spiritual development, change their karma, allowing them to develop their virtues and ultimately enter the bliss of  Heaven on Earth.

I was invited to my second Buddhist celebration on January 19^th, 2011. This celebration was to honor the birth of a very important Buddha – Mahavairocana Buddha. He is called the Great Sun Buddha. Mahavairocana transforms into three thousand different Buddhas and gives Light to Three Thousand Galaxies.

The celebration was held at the Five World Buddhas Temple in Amsterdam, New York. We were graciously greeted at the door and led through the reception area into the main area where there appeared a long table filled with a variety of delectable food. The gathering began with interesting and lively conversation between the guests and Nuns. We were then blessed with the presence of Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, who welcomed us graciously. After the welcome we formed a procession line. Each one of us was given an offering to place on the altar of the Buddha. Some participants were given fruit to symbolize a fruitful life in their next incarnation. Some were given flowers to symbolize personal good looks and beauty in their next incarnation. We all proceeded upstairs to the sound of a distant drum and gave our offerings to the Holy Master.

Holy Ziguang Shang Shi indicated that: “The four words of “Guang Huan Mi Zong” were bestowed by this great Buddha. Thus Guang Huan Mi Zong appeared in this world, to spread the brightness to the hearts in need of care. We then were blessed by the Buddha during a meditation.

After the ceremony we again gathered downstairs at the long table. We shared our stories of the benefits obtained from practicing Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma. Most stories were of miraculous healing. One woman told the story of having a thriving business but she was in such poor health that she could not enjoy her wealth. She had been confined to a wheel chair until she met the Holy Ziguang Shang Shi and received the Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma. Now she is on her feet and able to walk and even walk up stairs. The overriding theme was, health is of paramount importance in life. Great wealth can be accumulated, but without good health money is of little value. Some of us were drawn initially out of curiosity but then felt strongly drawn to return. Such was my case. There was a feeling of Love, Peace, and belonging that I experienced the morning after my first exposure to the Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma and the wonderful people of the World Peace and Health Organization. 

After our stories were heard, all took enjoyment in the delicious food that was served. Sandwiches and wonderfully flavorful salads were served. Traditional Chinese tea was enjoyed by all. And the sweets, that I love so much, were there for the taking. Holy Ziguang Shang Shi gave us many blessings during the meal along with so many smiles, pleasant conversation and laughter.

I left with my heart full of joy and a strong sense of belonging for these wonderfully genuine people who give of themselves selflessly in the pursuit of Health and Peace for all Sentient Beings on this planet. I am so proud and blessed to be in their company.

On January 11th, 2011, I was invited to a ceremony at the World Peace and Health Organization’s Buddhist Temple in Amsterdam New York. The celebration began with a delicious bowl of Chinese porridge known as La Ba. Each ingredient in La Ba is blessed, therefore it takes hours to prepare. La Ba is made with nuts, rice, millet and dried fruit to name a few. The Nuns who made the porridge toiled until 3 AM that morning. It was delicious and surprisingly sweet. When I commented on its sweetness with delight, Regina said, “It is sweet because life should be sweet and not bitter”. I couldn’t have agreed more.

The origin of the festival goes back to before Sakyamuni Buddha’s enlightenment. He practiced an ascetic life for six years and became very weak after only eating one grain of rice, or one nut or leaf per day. After collapsing in a river and nearly drowning and in a very emaciated condition, a village girl named Sujata offered him some milk rice porridge. He then decided to abandon the ascetic life that didn’t bring him enlightenment and harmed his body. He went to meditate under the Bodhi tree and eventually attained enlightenment on the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month. December 8th on the Chinese calendar corresponds with January 11th on our calendar. So La Ba Porridge is a symbol of offering to the Buddha and a commemoration of his enlightenment.

After several more participants arrived and enjoyed the La Ba, we moved to the former St. Michael’s church, now known as the Goddess of Mercy Temple. Soon after we arrived the festivities began with a speech from the Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi: “As a prince, Sakyamuni Buddha renounced his throne, fame, wealth, and family, and went for the way of salvation. He attained his Enlightenment after six years’ ascetic life and started to preach birth, aging, sickness and death to his followers. For a human being, without a healthy body, it is useless even if one has a lot of money. The sublimity of the Buddha is to find out the Way for everyone. I hope everyone of you can control your own life and follow the Buddha’s Way.”

After the Holy Master delivered his speech, the program began. There was drumming with beautiful singing, chanting and storytelling by Buddhist monks and Nuns. The first performance is known as the Vajra Dance. Men appeared with frightening masks showing the power and force of the dharma protectors made individual movements and postures around the stage. Then there was a play with men carrying water with theme of “teamwork gets the job done”. Next was a traditional dance performed by smiling young women wearing the most beautiful traditional costumes. At one point in the presentation monks appeared with bamboo poles and did a vigorous chanting of Om Mani Padme Hum and then a demonstration of Tai Chi.

At the end of the performances the Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi reappeared and held a blessing ceremony for those who died in 2010. He expressed gratitude for all who attended and hopes to continue with this type of cultural exchange in the future. Fruit and candy were passed out to those who attended followed with group pictures of the Holy Master, the Monks and Nuns and all who attended this wonderfully enjoyable ceremony.  

The Teaching Reflecting True Perfection

An introduction and testimony to the Guang Huan Mi Zong teaching
of Buddhist master Ziguang Shang Shi

Buddhist master Ziguang Shang Shi has inherited and refined a powerful system of teachings that can transform the lives of those people who practice them. Originating thousands of years ago in India from Sakyamuni Buddha, this teaching has passes from person to person across the expanses of time and space and is now being offered to anyone who wishes to receive it. In a world full of religious, spiritual, and secular teachers offering us our dreams and often delivering nightmares many of us feel lost or discouraged. The teaching of Guang Huan Mi Zong embraces all true teachings and all people, regardless of their distinctions, differences, beliefs, and sins. For those souls lost in the darkness I give you the promise that this path leads away from error and into righteousness.

When presented with a strange new food first we take look, then a taste, and if all is well then we eat. Reading this work, if you see truth, then come seek out the teachings of Ziguang Shang Shi and take a small taste. If the teachings live up to their promises then you can go further. If the teaching is not right for you, there are many other good paths for you to explore. Those who partake of the true teachings with faith and devotion will find the hungers that have tormented them all their lives have finally been satisfied. The weight they have carried will be lifted, and the confined space they have lived in will give way to the expanse of the infinite.

In this world and with these bodies it is the case that with too little water we perish from thirst. Too much and we drown. Too little food and we starve. Too much and we explode. When we find the balance between too much and too little then we arrive at just right, perfection.

Balance is natural in the universe, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction and the energies of the worlds are neither created nor destroyed. This teaching embraces the truths of existence and aims to restore natural balance of our bodies, hearts and minds. Deriving its power from following universal truth, this teaching brings us out of error and mistaken beliefs and aligns our lives with the eternal, boundless, perfection of existence.

Are you sick? Do have chronic or debilitating illnesses? Do you just not feel well, but can’t find anything specific? Is your heart lacking in passion, empathy, or joy? Is your mind wracked with twisted, painful thinking? Are you weakened by doubts and fear? A sense of purposelessness? Do you know the life your living is wrong but you cannot find the inspiration to change? Do you feel the pain of the world is dragging you into darkness and you can’t find hope?

These are the afflictions of a world, a society, and a body that has lost touch with the truth, fallen out of balance, and descended into a perversion of the perfection we can enjoy.

I’ll give you this promise. The world is indeed balanced and perfect. The deepest and darkest evil and misery we can find on this earth meets its match in the purity and joy we can find in the Ultimate. No matter the depth of your suffering you can find the healing that is equal to it.

Sometimes people reach the bottom of suffering. At that lowest point they cry out: “Whatever powers that exist in the world, whatever their names are, I cannot help myself, and I can’t suffer any longer, from the bottom of my heart and the depth of my being, whatever it takes please help me!”

For those of you reading this who have touched that depth, if you seek help from Ziguang Shang Shi and his Guang Huan Mi Zong teaching with the same sincerity and humility, the mercy of God and the Universe can pass through him and answer your prayer. Not only will your suffering be relieved, but if you seek it, you can soar to the heights of joy that mirror the deepest depths of despair and there you will find the greatest bliss anyone can achieve.

For the weary who want rest, the seekers who want to find, and broken who want to be made whole this is the teaching that you have been looking for.

Honorable Holy Ziguang Shang Shi gave his merciful instruction in the warm welcome applauses from the attendees: “Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma is for all people without distinction as to race, nations, religion, language, gender or age. As long as a person prays for the Dharma sincerely, it can provide significant effects upon various chronic diseases. It is our responsibility to help everyone in the world to obtain physical, mental and spiritual health…”

The Dharma speech of Holy Ziguang Shang Shi spread throughout the sky and reached the hearts of Amsterdam people. The attendees came to the Convention for their health problems. They were all benefited a lot from Holy Ziguang Shang Shi’s Dharma and the Buddha Light blessing.

Betty indicated in her thank you letter: “You have opened up my eyes and ears to many new things which I think are all good. I want to thank you for all your work for myself and my life. I appreciate all of this more than I can express… I wish to apply for the course on October 14. I have already received benefits from this 3-day conference. I want to learn more, to do good deeds, not bad deeds.”

Joe wrote in his thank you letter: “I received a lot of wisdom from you in the last 3 days. I also have received several messages. I feel so much better now. I have stopped my medication for two days. I know that my pain is starting to get much better. I believe if I continue this path of Dharma practice, I will be healthier and wealthier someday. I will be able to help a lot of people once I receive more wisdom.”

Juan felt his strong affinity with Holy Ziguang Shang Shi. He dreamed of listening to the Holy Master’s preaching in this Temple three years ago. He wrote: “I do know I came to this planet to work for God, no matter what anybody else think. I want to follow the Holy Master because it is like following the God.”

Ida wrote: “I do like the use of the Mantras… I have a lot of energy and feel so happy. The pains in my knee, sciatic and left shoulder are relieved… I am very grateful that you have chosen to come to this area. I am also very grateful for your help and your teachings.”

Diane wrote: “I was so energized that I didn’t fall asleep until 2:30 am. I didn’t feel tired at all. This morning I discovered that I had lost five pounds since yesterday. I felt like I had stomach muscles I didn’t have before. The pain I had in my lower back and left hip did not bother me today.”

Many of them applied for attending the advanced course on October 14 for furthering the improvement on their mind and body, and getting Holy Ziguang Shang Shi’s teachings and help. The gospel of Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma spread from Five World Buddhas Temple to the whole America, to the entire world…

Guang Huan Mi Zong Five World Buddhas Temple

Guang Huan Mi Zong Five World Buddhas Temple locates at the foot of the Holy Mountain. Its former name St. Casimir’s Church was to commemorate a Polish Prince—St. Casimir, who led a life of virtue, dignity, devotion to god, and pursuing peace. He gained a lot of respect for his great character. He had been looking forward to some Holy Enlightenment that could give him health and fulfill his hope of peace. However, he died very young before his wishes came true.

Five hundred years after that, Holy Ziguang Shang Shi of Guang Huan Mi Zong took over St. Casimir’s Church and renamed it Guang Huan Mi Zong Five World Buddhas Temple. Holy Ziguang Shang Shi preserved its original looking and spent lots of time, man power, and money to make this Temple even more spectacular and magnificent. The statue of St. Casimir is smiling high above the front gate of the Temple—for the Holy Enlightenment he has been waiting for so long, and for his dream of health and peace can finally come true. He will finally witness the realization of the noble philosophy of world peace, human health and religion unification.

Mark has written thank you letters to express his gratitude. He also went on stage several times to share with his classmates many health benefits he had received. Before he met the Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, this 38-year-old man was suffering from many illnesses. In particular, his Lyme disease made him lost his decent job and his normal life. He was also suffering from the problems with the nervous system which made him having a serious violence tendency. However, after learning the Health Dharma bestowed by the Holy Master, Mark said he found the direction of life. His Lyme disease would no longer make him weak. He now feels strong and energized. His life is full of hope.

In the practice, he found that all his negative energy was released with the sweat. Under the blessing and education from the Holy Master, he no longer has the violent tendency. He vows to follow the great compassionate Holy Ziguang Shang Shi to promote Buddhist Dharma, to promote world peace, human health and religion unification.

Isack from Manhattan has been suffering from bipolar disorder for years, and used to be very emotional. He was so moody and could not control his emotions. In these three days, after he listened to Holy Ziguang Shang Shi’s preaching, he experienced a total transformation. His heart was in such a peaceful state that he had never experienced before. He is so grateful, and hopes that his request to learn more profound Dharma could be approved.

Dayan, an American Caribbean, has been always in pursuit of Buddhism. He studied the teachings from different religions and various Buddhism sects. After he met Holy Ziguang Shang Shi and practiced Guang Huan Mi Zong Dharma, he made up his mind to follow his destiny and dedicate himself to the dissemination of Guang Huan Mi Zong gospel, as he found that what he learnt in these three days were a lot more than what he had learnt in the past. In his thank you letter to Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, he wrote: “the great and compassionate Holy Ziguang Shang Shi, no words can adequately express my gratitude to your grace and blessings. From now on, I will keep close to you and to your teachings. I wish you longevity with my sincere thanks.’ In order to learn more from the Holy Master, Dayan planned to learn some Chinese, so that he could better understand the profound and delicate Dharma instructions from the Holy Master.

Frank, from New York, went for a full body check after the Dharma Course finished. He was really excited to know that his blood pressure became normal again. He wrote a thank you letter to express his gratitude to compassionate Holy Ziguang Shang Shi. He said he no longer felt exhausted when he was cleaning his backyard that morning. He felt much stronger physically, and had improved his immune system. He could eat less, sleep less, but felt very energized and rejuvenated now. He could not tell how grateful and happy he was. He was deeply grateful to Holy Ziguang Shang Shi’s compassion and blessing. He will have perseverance in daily cultivation, and to promote Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma.

Under the blessings from the Holy Master’s Dharma, all predestined Westerners have experienced great changes every day. They become stronger and their physical health is restored. Many of them are relieved from their hypertension, heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Everyone becomes younger, and has witnessed great changes in themselves both internally and externally. For them, the Dharma they have learnt in these three days is like something that they have been seeking for centuries. Many of them are so moved and joyful that they could not help shedding tears. Just as what they have said in the thank you letters, the great Buddha returning to the earth is an opportunity that people should treasure. Holy Ziguang Shang Shi is the one who can bring us physical and spiritual health, and enable people to contribute to the great cause of world peace, human health and religion unification.

“I always hope that I could walk freely as a normal and healthy person one day, but many hospitals could not help me anything. Nonetheless, I still wish there would be miracle.

“I read a piece of news on the Health Dharma Preaching Convention of Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi from a Chinese newspaper. There were some stories of exorcising demons and removing illnesses. In the convention, Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi looked at me mercifully and said: ‘Your wish is granted. You can throw away your walking stick tomorrow.’ I was happy but still had doubt for that. Could this be possible? Did I meet a sage? I went home with tons of question.

“I woke up energetically in the next morning and felt my feet were vigorous when I put my legs down from my bed. I then tried to reach for my walking stick, but found it was gone. My wife put it next to the door when she cleaned my room. I tried to raise my leg and it did move accordingly. Could I really walk by myself? I walked step by step in the room. I was so happy and told my wife that I really met a Saint. I didn’t need the walking stick anymore.

“I went to the dharma health class without the walking stick that night. All my classmates applauded for me when they saw I could walk by myself. This is truly a miracle! Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi is a saint, a living Buddha. He is my savior.

“Thank you very much, Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi!”

“I had been weak and sick since I was young. After moving to the United States, I was under the pressure of work and study which led to my migraine, lower back pain and neurasthenia. I had consulted many doctors and taken many drugs but still had not recovered. During the past year, I was haunted by evils, and my energy and mental condition were extremely poor. Life was hopeless for me. Should I take medicine for the rest of my life?

“I was lucky to learn Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma from Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi. I was much happier and felt my life was full of hope. The merciful Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi treated me through esoteric dharma. On the third day of practice, I felt a current circulating inside my body and very comfortable. My lumbago and headache disappeared. My spirit was enhanced; the evil influence vanished. My face is now glowing. My physical condition was restored to the level of how I was 20 years old.

“It is a miracle in this world. In the world that promotes materialism and logic, if somebody told me that 5-day treatment could cure numerous illnesses, I would not believe this if I did not experience this. However, this actually happened to me.

“I am a well educated person with a Master Degree and did not believe this in the past. But now, I will use my own thorough physical and mental change to show those who do not believe, so that they can cast aside their attachment and their limited knowledge to learn the unlimited Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma. And, they can experience in person the unlimited power of Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi.”

Here’s the sharing from Hui-min Gong, a fashion designer from New York:

“My central nervous system was injured due to a severe impact before. I had been suffering from myocarditis, rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica, protrusion of intervertebral disk, hypomnesia and insomnia. I felt that I could not do anything smoothly. My whole body was injured and I felt dizzy often. I was tired of life and was living with sufferings. To reduce my sin, I worked devotedly to do good deeds for the Great Enlightenment Temple in the last two years, but my health got worse. Most of my hair turned white and I could not straighten my back. But in order to eliminate my bad karma, I continued the work.

“After I attended Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma Preaching Convention in New York, my life was changed totally. On the altar, Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi used different dharma hand gestures and dharma voice to awaken people. I was touched by his teachings and broke into tears.

“Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi is a living Buddha. He is the reincarnation of the Buddha of the ancient time. He looked at me with his merciful eyes. He stretched his Buddha hand to cure my sicknesses and dissipated my bad karma with his pestle. In just two hours, my suffering of health problems was reduced a lot.

“A few days later, Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi asked me to look at the mirror. I was shocked; was that me? I looked like ten years younger! Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi replied with a smile: “This is you, 10 years ago. You have restored your youth.” I knelt and bowed to thank but no words could really express my gratefulness.

“As I gained the rejuvenation, I would give my life to the Buddha. I will certainly follow the guidance of Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi and do more good deeds to retain merits and remove bad karma. I will also cultivate myself both physically and spiritually for serving the people in the world.”

Holy Master Ziguang Shang Shi believes that human beings have many mechanisms that can prevent diseases, and the human body has the capability of preventing cells from pathological changes. It has not been utilized simply because people did not know the method. Holy Master said that not only human beings can become healthier, their lives can also be prolonged to up to one hundred and twenty years old.

These can be achieved by practicing the Health Esoteric Dharma that Holy Master is disseminating in the United States. This Health Dharma has been known two thousand years ago. It is the quickest and the most effective secret method for extending the potency of human beings. It can enhance the physical and spiritual health of human beings in a few days.
